Use of the Site & Prohibitions
The Site allows you to shop online. However, you are prohibited to do the following acts, to wit:
- use our sites, including its services and or tools if you are not able to form legally binding contracts, are under the age of 18, or are temporarily or indefinitely suspended from using our sites, services, or tools
- posting of an items in inappropriate category or areas on our sites and services as in the blog page;
- collecting information about users' personal information;
- maneuvering the price of any item or interfere with other users' posts;
- post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or libelous content;
- take any action that may damage the site.
For you to complete the sign-up process in our site, you must provide your full legal name, current address, a valid email address, and any other information needed in order to complete the signup process. You must qualify that you are 18 years or older and must be responsible for keeping your password secure and be responsible for all activities and contents that are uploaded under your account. You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
Returns Policy:
If you have changed your mind for any reason within the first 7 days of purchase, you may return your product for full refund. Postage for shipment of returns and original shipping are the responsibility of the customer, however, there are no restocking fees. Please note that credit card refunds may take a full billing cycle for the refund to appear on your statement.

Please provide your name, order number and a brief description of the problem.
A customer service representative will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and assist you with the process.
NOTE: We cannot accept returned used merchandise, marchandise that arrives without an RMA number or without unbroken original packaging.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. Please see our How to Order page for more details. Please do not send cash or postal money orders.

We don't ship to Germany, Austria, Turkey, Spain, Holland, Switzerland, Thailand, Kuwait, Qatar, Ireland, Indonesia, Malaysia and UK.
Fraud Information:
In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures. To contact TA65 Shop in the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, please email us at support@ta65-shop.com and will make it a priority to handle the situation immediately.
